Jennifer Scher is the Founder + Creative Director of Poppy Hill .
She is a classically trained chef with over 20 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry.
Jennifer was Executive Chef & Fromagère of Casellula Cheese & Wine Cafe in New York City until it closed in 2023.
A few highlights of her culinary journey: She served as an Assistant Chef Instructor for The French Culinary Institute Special Classes, Associate Director of Catering and Events for Big Burrito Restaurant Group and Corporate Executive Chef for Lazare Kaplan International. She has appeared in multiple publications and has competed on The Food Network's Chopped.
